Gilad Barakan has spent more than a decade performing and writing alongside Grammy-winning artists from around the world. At 20, he received the Outstanding Player Award from Musicians Institute, presented by Scott Henderson, and soon began touring with a range of artists internationally. After graduating from Berklee College of Music in 2015, he worked closely with Venezuelan singer Nella, co-writing and producing music. He recently produced Tamara Jokić’s 2025 album Kuća and has collaborated extensively with Turkish singer Elif Sanchez. He is currently on tour with Grammy-winning singer Chandrika Tandon.

 

His second single, Free But Lonely, comes out December 12th, 2025, following the release of Quarter Sephardi.
